Your Estate PlanMaking an estate plan or 'will' is the one most important steps you can take to make sure your loved ones are able to enjoy your estate - your savings, property, insurance money and all that goes with it. So if you have not done it yet, do so NOW! Like so many things we mean to do, we often do not get around to doing it till it is too late! So call up your lawyer, first thing today if it is not too late (for your lawyer, that is). Or tie that piece of string (metaphorically speaking, of course) to your right index finger and do it first thing tomorrow. While you have your will made, you can also think about making a living will and a trust for your properties after your death, if your lawyer thinks it necessary.
